About the event

Using games, favorite media characters and 20+ years of experience working with kids, Rachel will give your 5-8 year old kid-friendly knowledge about anxiety, as well as calming strategies that they can apply immediately. Perfect for kids struggling with new situations or people, general fears, or for any kid needing some extra tools in their toolbox.
